Writer of the highly praised book "Breaking Free from the Anxiety Trap" and founder / co-ordinator of a successful self-help group in the North East of England since 1984, Terri relates in her own words how she recovered from anxiety after suffering for many years and offers advice and suggestions to help your own road to recovery.

Over a period of many years, Terri Conley struggled with the problems of anxiety and found the road to recovery with self-help methods after trying many other forms of treatment which did not work. Terri hopes that others who are now struggling with the problems will decide to follow her example with new understanding and a different approach. She is testimony that this method works and is now fully recovered.
