Way's Of Thinking Which Hold You Back From Achieving Your Potential.

In order to be happy, I must be accepted, liked, admired by all people at all times.

It's wonderful to be popular, famous, wealthy.

If I make a mistake, it means I'm inept.

My value as a person depends n what other people think of me.

If somebody disagrees with me, it means they don't like me.
