Comment: I'm bi-polar and find it hard to deal with the way my mood swings so violently. People think I'm weird or something beacuse of it, but I'm not. I take medication to control it and see a psychologist to try to learn how to deal with it - all positive things. That's not weird. That's sensible! I'm pleased to see that there's somewhere on this planet that understands and cares. |

Comment: We're so pleased we found your site. Our daughter has been suffering with Anxiety and Depression problems for many years now, but the help she's received has been poor. Your site (and book) have helped enormously. Thank you all very much. |

Comment: I wish I lived closer to you so that I could attend your meetings. If the advice on your pages is anything to go by, what your meetings have to offer is exactly what I need. I am going to order your book though. |

Comment: I've had real bad anxiety and OCD problems for 8 years now, and was surfing for advice when I found your site among many. I thought the advice you gave was valuable and very well presented and I'm really pleased to find that there are so many people out there who do care. |
